Perhaps you have boxes of photographs, slides, cine film or audio tapes hidden away in cupboards or shoe boxes somewhere just waiting to be seen or heard again? Don't worry, it's a common fact of life for most families, but it doesn't have to stay that way.... For many of us there never seems to be enough time in the day, yet these precious items represent our families history, our heritage, and some of the most important moments of our lives; if we lost them it would be like losing a part of our identity. They are the first things we save when disasters like fire or flood strike a home, yet so often the last thing on our mind when it comes to organising. Hopefully you found us because you are ready to start organising, if so, then we look forward to helping you.   'You provide the memories and we'll provide the expertise and energy to make them into something special.'		Care and Attention  Most of our services entail the conservation of items that are both delicate and decades old. Brittle cine film, glass slides or negatives, old shellac records and dried out reel to reel audio tapes. So the processes we use have to involve careful and time-consuming procedures designed to protect and safeguard these precious items. We would not want to handle your order in any other way. Our belief in the following adage is paramount........ ’If it’s worth doing – it’s worth doing well’ Turnaround Times Because of the unique, delicate & time consuming nature of our work we choose not to sacrifice quality in favour of quantity. It's not about how fast these items can be processed, but about how well they can be processed. Therefore, please allow at least 10 to 15 working days for your orders turnaround. During peak holiday periods (Christmas etc.) this may well be extended. When we acknowledge receipt of your order you will also receive an estimated turnaround time for your order based on our current workload. Smaller orders such as a single cine reel, record, audio tape or betamax tape may be turned around more quickly. If you need your order processing sooner than the estimated time we may still be able to help you with our 'Fast-Track' service.
